special exposure Wednesday #8
This is a picture of my buddy when he was small. This was before I'd ever even thought about autism. This is when all it took was his beloved pacifier to keep him happy. I miss him being little but I love who he's become.
Thanks for visiting me today! I can sooooo relate to the picture with the cat and the cars all lined up on your sidebar!!! My daughter does not have autism but she had heart failure resulting in a brain injury at 8 mo old. She LOVES to line things up too! Right now she is really into some blocks from that game, Jenga. She calls them her kids sometimes and puts them in her other favorite thing..her Little People school bus! Hilarious! Isn't it good to know other people TRULY understand your life?! Have a great day!
Thanks everyone! I think he's pretty precious myself. Momofgirls, it is nice to have other people who know what you are going through to talk to. Parker likes little peoples stuff too.

I love what you said, "I miss him being little but I love who he's become." What a beautiful way to look at it :)
