Hot pink cammo backpack....

Not for Molly...............for me. Lol! It was the cheapest one I could find. How come all the backpacks are not on sale right now? I swear, the minute they do, I'm getting a new one. Molly has a sensible brown and blue one that she got a couple weeks ago. I go and all I can find reasonable is this one, lol.

I bet I will look so cool roaming the college in my pink cammo backpack. That is what all the 30 somethings are using! Bobby laughed at it, but Parker wanted to wear it. I knew that kid had taste!

We went to my sisters house today so she could hem some of Molly's jeans. It was so nice of her to do that. Molly wears a bigger size but they end up too long. She also cut one pair off into shorts for her. We had a really nice visit there. We sat in her sun room and talked and relaxed. She has a lot of pets, so we enjoyed petting them all. She also had my niece cut Molly's hair. Bye bye pink. She gave her a cute, almost A lined bob. Molly really likes it and looks so cute. She almost looks like a surfer girl. I'll have to take a picture of it tomorrow. Tonight she washed it and was happy with how easy it was to wash. She combed it and put in a head band right away. I can tell she just loves it.

Afterwards we did a little shopping. I got some new pants and some school supplies. Well, Molly and I both got school supplies, hence the backpack. I also got a folder, some paper and some pencils.

It was a really nice day and Parker really enjoyed himself. He had a good time all around. His special treat was dinner at Costco. He loves their hot dogs and chicken bakes. He stuffed himself tonight. I'm always so happy when he eats good. (With all his pickiness) We are lovely parents and taught him to say to Molly, "You want a piece of me?!". We think it's pretty funny to hear him say it. I hope he doesn't repeat it at school.

That's about it for the day. I hope everyone has a nice rest of the weekend!

It rained last night...

I just looooove the first couple of rains. They are so nice and relaxing!

In other news, lol, Parker lost a second tooth. Again, we didn't find it. I hope I don't find it later when I'm changing him, ewwww! The tooth fairy brought him some dollar store toys because he isn't into money. He seemed to really like them.

We are going to a wedding today without kids, yay! It should be really nice. It's my niece Jade that's getting married. I'm so happy for her that she found such a nice guy. The bummer part is that she is moving away. Not too far I guess, but still far.

I finally either got or ordered all my school books. Whew! I'm relieved! Why are those books so expensive! And boring, lol!

I'm looking forward to Molly going to school on Tuesday. I'm excited to see how she likes the 5th grade and for some peace and quiet for me. Parker is going to have to miss school on Tuesday already, which is a bummer. We took the Jeep in to have it fixed from where the lady hit me a couple weeks ago. We were supposed to have it back yesterday but there was some paint damage they wanted to fix. They said if we didn't fix it, it would rust. So, I wait until Tuesday night. Bummer. Oh well, it could be worse. I could have to miss one of my classes.

That's about it for an update! Everyone enjoy their nice long weekend!

Pics of Molly's birthday!

I'm not going to add headings because they're are too many. Some of the pics are from the big party and some are from the sleepover. Same day.

It was a blast!

Ok, just one. These are the 2 girls that stayed the night with Molly. The three of them had their own special tea party that night.

Back at school again...

Today has been really nice out. It's sunny but not too warm. Parker was happy this morning when I dropped him off. He seems to be really liking his new school. He doesn't even mind me leaving. I like a lot of things about his new classroom, but I'm still missing his old teachers. They were the best. His new teacher is nice, but kind of quiet. I'm really hoping on moving soon so we can be by his old school and he can go there. Plus, it's closer to the College. Molly has been super whiney lately. I think she is hating getting up early. I need to be getting her to bed earlier. She starts school on Tuesday. They have this new thing at her school that is really cool. It's like a huge powerpoint or bigscreened computer at the head of the class. I guess all of the kids will get clickers and can answer questions on the screen or something. I can't wait to check it out. The principal is all excited about it. I guess it even calculates each childs scored answers correct. We are the first school in the county to get it. Probably since it's such a small school. I'll let you know what it's like. Technology is really growing. I'm even amazed by the college's library printing system. To print something from a computer, you put money on your ID card. Then you print from your computer. You then go to another computer, pick your number, put in your Id card, and it takes money off the card for printing. Then it prints out at a printer. It's cool and high tech for me, lol. Well, I guess I better get back to work. Everyone have a nice day.

Hello from the college library....

Wow, what a busy couple of weeks. Molly's party went great but boy was it taxing. I had to clean a ton and make a bunch of food. Then the girls stayed up pretty late and were all hopped up on sugar. As far as college goes, I love it. The good part is that I have 3 online classes and I can work on most of them after I drop Parker off at school and get to college early. I'm excited. I'll post some pictures later today. Gotta go because a friend just called and wants me to meet her on campus. Have a great day.

Haven't got to blog much lately....

I'll have to update tomorrow after school or on Tuesday when I'm home. Between Mollys party, school shopping and cleaning, I haven't had time to get on the computer much. Plus Parker and Molly both fight over their turns at the computer. Things are good but hectic. Wish Parker and I luck on our first day of school. My heart is heavy as I send him. I hate having him to go to a new school. I'm sure it will me fine. I just like to worry...

It's crazy around here!....

It's been crazy around here getting the house cleaned, planning Molly's party and getting ready for school. I'm pretty mad tonight, I got a message from Parker's bus driver. They are going to pick him up at 6:30 am for school. No way! There is no way I would put my son on the bus at that time. It leaves me no choice, I'm going to have to take him every day or they are going to get another person to take him. That makes me so mad! I will be talking to some people on Monday. He can ride it home because it comes at a normal time, but I'll even have to see about that. We live 10 minutes from the school. It's not just a quick jaunt. It's not even in the same town as us.

I'm also stressing about all the shopping I have to get done tomorrow. Sigh......

Wake me when Monday is here!

Cheerios on the cat
Cheerio cat

This is a repeat post, but I just love this picture. One day Parker got the box of Cheerios and was digging through them. I thought he was going to eat some and I got all excited. I went over to him and the picture above is what I found. Funny boy!

The house is cleaned, the pinata almost finished...

It's been a productive day. I vaccumed, swept, did dishes, did laundry, changed bedspreads and almost finished a pinata. Not to mention 2 baths and 3 meals, lol. I jammed my poor pinky today. It really hurts because it's the same one that Parker kicked a couple weeks ago. Boy did I let out a yell when I hit it!

That's about it for the moment....

My house is a pigsty this morning....

It is just a mess. Why is it that just 2 days of not keeping up with it just trashes our house.

Right now I have the washer, dryer and dishwasher going. After the dishwasher is done I have to fight it to get it open since our handle is broken. It opens the easiest right after it's been ran, I don't know why.

I have to vacuum, sweep, do more dishes, laundry, clean the bathroom and change my bedspread. My new comforter that I got is just too hot. I am going to have to put it away for the winter. I think I'm going to get out my light, purple quilt instead. I really like it too.

It's 10:30 and I haven't even combed my hair yet. I'm sitting at the computer when I should be up doing stuff. Oh well, it's my last week of summer so I should enjoy it. I have to door open because I'm watching for rain. It's raining at my Moms house about 20 minutes away. It should be here soon. I love the rain when it hasn't rained in a while.

I really need to get back to my "Flylady" routines. When I stick to them the house stays nice.

For lunch we are having egg salad sandwiches. That makes me hungry already. The kids are in the kitchen playing games. I left them out from last night. Oh well, I guess that's one benefit to being messy, lol.

Molly and I need to finish the pinata today. It's not perfect, but we did it ourselves so that made it worth it. This week will be all about deep cleaning for Molly's party on Saturday and planning the food. Molly can help me now because I decided she shouldn't do soccer this year. I just think we have too much going on right now and she already has swim team and girl scouts.

I really dread soccer every year. Parker hates it. He spends most of her game trying to get away from me and wanting me to chase him. It's hard to sit and watch her. Bobby usually works on Saturday so its usually me that goes with her. This year with me starting college, I just didn't want to deal with it. I think she can go back to it next year if she wants to.

That's about it for my day. Sorry about the ramble.

Sweet Sunday (warning, long and sappy)

Today was a nice relaxing day. We did have some work, but not much. The work part was cleaning up the yard from the yard sale. That was a chore. Later, Molly and I worked on the pinata. This should have taken 3 days, but I keep getting lazy about it. I feel like a bad Mom, she stopped wanting to work on it after a while. I was trying to make it just right, instead of letting her do it the way she wanted. She said she wanted to play with her friend, but I'm not sure. She said she wants me to put the crepe paper on so it will look nicer. I should have been more patient. I told her if she wants me to do the crepe paper, I'll let her make the little flowers that go on it.

We mostly just watched t.v. and hung out today. I tried to teach Parker how to play Chutes and Ladders, Connect 4, and Lets go fishing. He had a lot of fun, but really wouldn't follow directions. I think he liked Connect 4 the best! He loved it when we let them fall out of the bottom.

Later Bobby went to visit his uncle. The kids and I just hung out until Molly got out the dress up stuff. She even had Parker put on a dress. What a nut. I got a picture though. Then I got hot and sat on the front porch for a while. The kids were still dressing up and came out in their dress up stuff. Molly had on a scary alien mask and Parker had on a pirate costume. We kept cracking up about the alien mask because Molly was putting a leaf in it's mouth or sticking her finger out it's mouth like a tongue. It was really funny. We laughed a lot. Then we got the idea to ring the neighbors doorbell and scare her. Her daughter answered the door and thought it was pretty funny. I guess she wasn't too scary with a half naked pirate by her side!

We sat on the porch for a long time. Molly said she had so much fun. It's funny how something so little can be so fun to her.

Last night I was getting sentimental and thinking about the day Parker was born. What a wonderful day that was. 2 days after he was born was really one of the best days of my life and I think of that day often. I had just had a lot of company at the hospital. Bobby's aunt brought me some shower gel and body spray that smelled so good. I was happy because I knew I finally got to take a shower that day. Also Bobby and Molly had came and said what a great day they had had together. He totally spoiled her. So, I took my shower and it felt so good after not taking one for a couple days. (c-section) I was in my own clothes, smelling good and clean and relaxed. Parker was hungry so I fed him and he fell asleep in my arms. The sun was out, and I felt so sleepy. I lay there in bed, feeling like I was in heaven, holding my little boy I had been waiting for and went to sleep. (I wonder if the pain meds added to my bliss, lol) I swear it is the best memory I ever had.

Not that Molly's birth wasn't as special to me. I was so happy to have her and I wanted a girl so bad! She was the most beautiful baby I had every laid eyes on. I was just really afraid of everything since she was my first. After I had her by c-section I was in a lot of pain and feeling really sick to my stomach. I had a hard recovery with her because I was scared of the pain and wouldnt walk around much. Then she was colicky and I got pneumonia. By the time Parker came along, it had been 4 years past and I felt more ready for a baby. I had tried for him for a long time and had 2 miscarriages. I really wanted a little boy this time, more than anything. Actually, more than anything, I wanted a baby. Him being a boy was a bonus. I remember the first time I saw his heartbeat on the screen. I cried because before I hadn't seen a heartbeat with my miscarriages. Then the Dr. showed me how he was moving around. I was happy beyond words. At that point I felt this pregnancy would last. Then later, when I was around 6 months along, I had another ultra sound. I wanted a boy so badly. When the tech said it was a boy, Molly immediately said, "NO!". It was really funny. I was so happy! Molly had really wanted a sister but I wanted a boy. I am so lucky to have one of each. I wanted a girl with my first and a boy with my second. How lucky am I!

Sorry about the long trip down memory lane. I just wanted to post about it after thinking about it so much last night. I wonder why that was on my mind? Oh yeah, because I was all sweaty and sunburned from the yard sale and the shower made me feel so much better. Oh well, lol, at least I got good thoughts out of it. Everyone have a great Monday!

pps: Sorry to everyone who read this earlier. I cut and pasted wrong and it didn't make sence. I re-read it and was like, what? I fixed it, lol.

Finally, the yardsale is over!!!

It was so hot today! I'm sunburned and tired! I think I made around 25.00. I'm not sure if it was worth all the work. The good part is that I took some of it to some other yard sales in town and got Molly some nice clothes. Some were even new. I'm not going to have to buy her too much for school now. I'm waiting for Bobby to get home so we can leave. Him and I have our date night. I think that when I get back I'm going to put a bunch of yardsale stuff on freecycle. I am so tired of lugging all that stuff back into the garage. Oh well, it's been a productive day anyways.

I totally forgot....

One of the best things about yesterday was that my best friend from Oregon and her kids came and visited us for a couple hours. I didn't even know they were coming, I was so excited! We just get along so well, and so do our kids! We just laugh and laugh. I'm so sad she moved to Oregon. At least it's not Colorado anymore, this is closer.

Today has been loooooooooooong!
I did have some fun with the kids, playing around on our bed. Why is it that they love a freshly made bed. We also finished the newspaper part of our pinata. I've been kind of putting it off lately. I also had a ton of dishes to do. The handle to our dishwasher is broken and I could not get it open. I had to do most of them by hand. Sometimes I can't get the dishwasher open until Bobby gets home. It takes talent, you have to push these little things in and pull out at the same time. I just don't have the finger strength that he does!

I am dreading the yard sale tomorrow. It's always so much work! I am always exhausted at the end of it! Oh well, maybe we will make some money.

Preparing....

This next week is going to be pretty hectic. I'm getting the Jeep fixed, Bobby's car fixed, school clothes shopping and Molly's birthday. Oh, I forgot also, tomorrow is the towns yard sale and I'm having one. I feel like I'm biting off more than I can chew right now. I have to shop for the kids school clothes, Mollys presents and the stuff for the party, all in the same day!And I have to get my books for College! Yikes!

I have Molly's party pretty much planned, it's just a lot to prepare for that day. I'm hoping I can make some of the things the night before and have them still be good the next day.

Right now I'm trashing Parker's room, finding stuff for the yard sale. He keeps finding things he has to have, that he hasn't seen in a while. That's fun, lol. Sorry I'm rambling, but I have a lot on my mind. Here's hoping this next week goes smoothly!

My day....

Yesterday turned out to be a really good day.

I got a really nice comforter set from Freecycle. I got my Jeep looked at and found out that it won't take long to fix it. We went to the library and got some good books. I'm reading "An Elephant in the playroom" by Denise Brodey. It's for parents of children with special needs. It's about how it affects their lives. It's really good so far. We also moved our table from the living room into the kitchen. It is big and lets us all have our own space. We had a great dinner too. We had french dip sandwiches and zucchini.

The only bad thing is that Parker hasn't been eating well again. I'm not sure how he's feeling. I hope he's not getting sick. Poor guy.

I woke up this morning happy because I had my clothes laid out, the house was clean and I have some good books to read. Here's hoping Parker feels better today. Oh yeah, and his OT is coming today. That is always nice to learn new things to help him. It's also one of his ABA workers last day. I'm really sad because I really liked her. She had a lot of knowledge and experience and I could tell she truly liked Parker. Why do all the good ones have to leave!! I'm going to miss having her around. Molly and I are going to make cupcakes for her.

I hope everyone has a nice day!

I got an award!

Sitting with Pepper!
Parker and pepper

I took this one the other day. I thought it was really cute because Pepper mostly only sits on my lap. It's rare that Parker will sit long enough for her to get up there.

Long day....

Today seemed to drag on, mostly because I'm tired, I think. Last night Bobby and I fell asleep on the recliners. We woke up around 1:00am. I had two cats on me, making me all sweaty. I took a shower at one in the morning. Then Parker decided he would wake up early today. Normally he sleeps in a little longer. So, I've been dragging today.

One nice thing was that Molly and I started to make her pinata for her birthday party with paper mache. We only have one layer on right now. We are going to try and make it look like a tea pot. I think this will be a really neat birthday for her because we are making everything ourselves.

After Bobby got home I went to the store. It was nice to go with just Molly, besides the fact that she asked for everything. Why do kids always have to do that? We got stuff for Bobby to make chili cheese burritos, yum yum! We also have chips and artichoke dip.

I will be really glad when bedtime comes around. Parker was a little cranky today too. Maybe the fair wore us out on Sunday. Oh well, I think I'll convince Bobby to play some rummy after dinner. I hope everyone had a nice day!

Went to the fair!

It was a lot of fun! We went with my sister and her family. We didn't see her much because she did more adult things and we had to do kid things. We had so much fun seeing the kids having so much fun! Parker wanted to ride almost every ride and just smiled with joy! Molly had a really great time too! Parker is finally big enough to ride some of the bigger rides with her. Bobby and I didn't ride any rides this year because the prices were outrages. 25 dollars for one arm band!

On a happier note, Parker was incredibly brave! He went in the barns with us to look at the animals! He hasn't done that for the last two years! I was so so proud of him! He didn't even plug his ears when we went to see the goats! What a brave boy!

My two favorite parts were standing on the merry go round with Parker and eating on the grass. The benches and tables were all full so we ate on the grass under some trees. We even got a funnell cake for Molly and I to share. It was really nice. Parker ate a huge hot dog! That was even good for him! All in all, it was a really great day!

Oh yeah, one more thing. We decided to take Parker's stroller to make life easier and it was really nice. We even snuck in some drinks at the bottom of it. You'll notice that almost every pic I took of Parker was the back of his head, lol. Those rides went so fast I could barely get a picture. (Plus, he rarely looks at the camera)

Here are some pics:

My beautiful girl!

Here are some pics from the talent contest tonight! She didn't win, but she did really awesome! The girls that won were twins that wrote their own song & music and played the guitar. They were really good. I was so proud of Molly. She was so brave, sang and danced great and looked so pretty!

Fender bender

Photobucket

Can you believe that someone ran into the back of me today! Darn! I was trying to get off an exit, but I couldn't and was still in a little half lane because it was rush hour. She thought I was going and tried to go around me fast and hit my bumper and back light. Thankfully no one was hurt. Her car, a nice 2006, was spurting some kind of fluid. I'm glad mine was still drivable. She had to call a tow truck. I'm so glad I had a nice big Jeep instead of a small car. It could have really crunched it up. I was shaking like a leaf when I got out to talk to her. She was really nice and not even that upset about the whole thing. She said she was sorry and we exchanged info. What a day.

I also spent half the day looking for an outfit for Molly to wear to her contest tomorrow night. We finally found a shirt, skirt and shoes to match. We also spray painted a bed that Molly got for free and it looks really nice. I can't wait to put it together tomorrow later and set it up. Molly has been wanting a different bed for a long time. I found it on Freecycle. It's a really great site. I'm selling her old bed on Craigslist. I told her we'd take the money and buy some more school clothes. Someone is coming to look at it tomorrow. What a day, whew!

A disgusting nightgown

A funny thing happened this morning involving Parker and my nightgown, lol. Parker does not like me wearing nightgowns. He will tolerate pj's, but only last year would he tolerate them. He especially hates my pink tank top type nightgown. It's actually kind of like an old lady's one. It's long with roses on it. It's just a cheapie from Kmart. Every time I get up with him and I'm wearing it, he asks me to go change. This morning was no different. I don't change when he asks me to, I wait a little longer. I don't want him thinking he has control over what I wear. (He is picky about it though)After I changed, I put my nightgown on the living room floor while I did something else. I was going to put it in the laundry with his pjs. I forgot about it and went into the kitchen to fix breakfast. Next thing I know Parker is standing right beside me, holding my night gown with 2 fingers, like it was the most disgusting thing he's ever touched. It was hilarious. He gave me the most disgusted looked and handed it to me. It just cracked me up. He was like, "get that thing out of here, lol".

The story behind this is that Parker has never liked to see me out of Jeans and a t-shirt. That is what I normally wear. For about 3 years he wouldn't go near me in the morning until I changed my pjs or nightgown. The only thing I can reason is that I look different than normal. I also don't change until right before bed, so he rarely sees me in my pjs. It's only been the last 2 years that he's tolerated me in the morning in my nightclothes. Funny guy. You should see him if I wear a dress! He freaks!

The last couple days...

On Tuesday night I went to my autism support group. It's only once a month and I really enjoy it. This week we had a speaker. This lady was very passionate about what she does. I'm saying passionate but I really mean obnoxious. The first thing she started in about was vaccines. I didn't even get into it with her. She is going to school to be some sort of behaviourist. She has a son with autism also. She is the kind of Mom that goes around threatening schools if her son doesn't get the best of the best. I hope she never gets a job where I have to run across her. She says she is like an advocate, but she is just too into it. I was asking her if Parker had enough OT, just to make conversation. She told me no and that I needed to demand all these tests and stuff. Wow.

OK, on to yesterday. Yesterday his ABA people put on a playgroup at the zoo. It was really nice. There were 4 other boys there with autism. One was from Parker's preschool. Parker got so embarrassed when he saw his friend. It was so cute. It was really interesting to watch the other boys. They all seemed a lot alike to me. Most of them didn't like the singing or having to sit with the other kids. They were telling their parents or aids that they were done all the time. All but one seemed higher functioning.

I could see the parents and aids pushing them to join in or stay in their seat. The kids all looked unhappy when they did this. Most of them did what they were told. Someone bought zoo t-shirts for the boys and only one of them would wear them. It's funny, it seems like they all had new clothes issues like Parker. I was asking his Aba supervisor about how many kids they had. They have 17 that they work with. Guess how many are girls? Only 1. Isn't' that strange. It really makes me wonder why it mostly hits boys. Anyways, overall it was nice. We sang songs, did crafts, went on an animal hunt and played duck duck goose. I think everyone liked it but boy were the boys happy to leave. It's nice to have experiences like this so you can see what your child might be like when they are older and also to see how similar they are to other kids with autism.

This is where you'll find me....

Photobucket

This is where you will usually find Parker. Playing on the computer and drinking something. I have to pry him off to get him to do other things. Heck, I have to pry him off just to get a turn. He's my angel though! It was just a short time ago that he couldn't use the computer. Now he can load the Internet or put in his own game and start it. I'm really proud of him.

Parker lost his tooth!

I can't find it, but it's gone. He's a little upset by it, but not too bad. We are going to leave him something tonight, but not mention the tooth fairy until morning. His smile is so cute with that tooth missing. I'll try and get a picture of it tonight. Molly is so excited about it, you'd think she lost it herself!

A couple things...

Yesterday, I, Molly, my sister and her husband and my nephew all went to see "Kung Foo Panda". It was so cute and funny! I really loved the backgrounds. It was really pretty to watch. Afterwards Molly and I did a little grocery shopping. That Jeep has so much room in the back! I was so excited to see how much I could fit in there, lol. Molly and I also went to Micheal's and looked around. I swear, I could live in that store. I saw so many projects I want to do by myself and with the kids. I also saw some Halloween and even a few Christmas decorations, can you believe that?! Oh yeah, we also stopped at my sisters house afterwards and picked up a couple movies she bought for Parker and some clothes for Molly that my niece didn't want anymore. Molly was in heaven and most of the jeans fit her! Yay! Less clothes for school shopping for me! She gave her some little purses too. That girl is going to need a box for purses like I have. I only let her take 3 because she doesn't need that much. I took one that I liked. My niece Mandy is so nice that way. She's always thinking of Molly.

Today we are kind of going slow. I've been doing housework and stuff, but just kind of being lazy. I think the kids and I might go for a ride soon. I'm not sure where we will go, but you never know. At 1:00 Parker has aba and at 2:30 Molly has swimming. It kind of makes it hard to be gone for too long. I have to make a hair appointment with my niece for Molly on Friday. I'm letting her dye the ends of her hair pink. It's mostly for the concert but also just for fun. I'm going to probably have her cut it off before school. She wants her hair shorter anyways, so it won't ruin her hair. I know, she's kind of young for that, but it will be cute.

This is going to be a pretty busy week. I have a wedding on Friday evening to go to and then Molly will be in her talent contest on Saturday night. She is pretty excited about it. She will be second, so that kind of stinks. People will forget about her after all the other people. Oh well, it's just for fun anyways. I'll take lots of pictures.

Great day!

Today we got our Jeep Grand Cherokee! We are all so excited! I need to take a picture of it. You should have seen Parker's face when he first got to ride in it! Pure happiness! He is a vehicle fanatic. Afterwards we got lunch and Parker and I walked around a little. I got him and Molly some squeezable paints and some little parachute guys. It was really nice. Then we came home and the respite care worker came. She took them to the next town over, which was having kind of a street fair. I guess Parker loved watching the tractor races. Can you believe that? My son, the one afraid of lawn mower sounds, likes tractor races. I guess his love of vehicles took over. I'm really proud of him. He was great all day. Molly was good too. She had talent show practice and did really well. My sister took her since we were at the car lot half the day. The contest is next weekend. I'm excited for her.

All this doing stuff today got me thinking about Parker. He is very well behaved. I mean more well behaved than most kids without autism. He is polite, minds, is sweet and doesn't run off. I think it's mostly his personality, but also because of his ABA and behaviour therapy. That doesn't mean he doesn't throw fits occasionally or get stressed and upset, but overall he is just a good boy. I swear, every day I tell him he is the best boy in the world. Also, because of his lack of good conversation skills and limited language, he doesn't back talk or smart mouths. Really he is easier than most kids sometimes. I am so lucky to have this boy. I'm so lucky to have Molly, as well. She is always doing something nice or making something nice for someone. I also love the way she is so kind to her brother. She just loves him to death. Ok, ok, I'll stop bragging about my kids. I just feel really lucky with both of them. It's a sappy day!

Busy day today....

Today is going to be a very busy day. First I have to vacuum and finish the dishes. Then I have to get gas, go to the bank and pick my Mom up. I have to take her to her appointment. Then I don't know what will do after that until Bobby gets off work. Once he's off work, we go get the Jeep! We are so excited! Then I have to get snacks for my Tupperware party I'm having tonight. Then I have to come home and set up for it. What a day!
