I'm trying to be positive...

but it's so hard. I'm stuck at home with 2 kids that are bored. Bobby has the car so we can't go anywhere. The only way to get anyplace is to walk. Parker doesn't like walking so it's a big ordeal. Molly is whining that she wants to go places, and I have to deal with Parker and keeping the house clean. I can't even go to the grocery store by myself. Heck, I can't go anywhere by myself. I can't drive Bobby's car so he has to take us everywhere. If I want to go anywhere, with the whole family, I have to wait until around 6:00, usually. I'm feeling really sorry for myself today. Here's hoping tomorrow is better.

I'm hoping tomorrow is better for you too!! We've been stuck in the house this week as well, and it's hard for the kids... and us moms!

Hi...I'm stuck, too, usually...just can't take 3 autistic teenagers with me too many places!..I have a van, but couldn't control the whole troop once we got anywhere! LOL Hope you enjoy your evening and tomorrow is much better! :)

Thanks, glad to know I'm not alone. On the plus side, I did get some more cleaning done.

I can definitely relate. My hubby has to replace his brakes on his vehicle this weekend so he's been using the van to go to work. I am stuck inside with my 2 kiddos and my 10 year old nephew. I'm also fighting bronchitis! This is NOT how I planned to spend my summer. Hopefully things will be better for you today. :)

I'll say my prayers that you get a car soon and until then you find fun things to do I also pray that you don't feel stressed. I do know how hard that must be. I hope you have a wonderful day and get to enjoy the sunshine.

I'm sorry you're stuck inside. Hopefully you'll be able to get another vehicle soon. I can't imagine being stuck at home with my 3. Even with meltdowns I would rather be out. Well, at least you have a good book to lose yourself in.
