Sweet!

Guess who ate ice cream today!? Parker did! He doesn't usually ever eat it and he ate almost all of it today. I was getting Molly some and asked Parker if he wanted some too. He saw a bright pink/purple one that was cotton candy and wanted some. I handed him the cone, fully thinking Molly would have to eat it and he gobbled almost the whole thing down. Can you believe I am proud of my son for eating ice cream, lol.

Molly is sick right now. She has a bad cold or the flu. She had a fever today. My poor girl, she never gets sick. She had to come home from staying the night at my Mom's tonight. She needs her Mom when she's sick. (I'm secretly glad, I like babying her)

I'm up later than I should be. It's nice to have the computer to myself finally. Oh well, at least it's the weekend.

The other day I changed my dining room around. I'm in heaven because I love changing things around. I really like the way it turned out.

That's about it. I wish I had more exciting things to talk about....

Yay for Parker! I had to laugh a little when you wrote "Can you believe I am proud of my son for eating ice cream". I know exactly what you mean!! An increased variety of just about anything makes me happy! lol! I hope Molly feels better soon. Poor thing. Have a nice weekend!

I think sharing that your boy ate something he never has pretty exciting news. We've been having that happen a lot lately and it is very rewarding, even if it isn't something that isn't necessarily good for them. In your case, he got some extra calcium right?

Are you kidding?! You wish you had more exciting things o talk about?!! He ate ice cream!!!

I remember when my son (he is now 5) couldn't tolerate ice cream and it's like "but honey it's ICE CREAM!!!"

I hope your daughter feels better soon.

As for changing furniture I used to drive my mum crazy as I would do that all the time when I was a young teenager. She'd come in in the morning and look around and say "you know most people sleep at night time" :0)
