Please pray for Bobby's grandma who is in the hospital. They don't really know whats wrong but it's been pretty serious. Pray that she makes a full recovery. She is getting somewhat better so I am so hopeful for her. She means so much to our family and practically raised my husband. Thank you.

Busy week

This is going to be such a busy couple of days for me. I'm getting stressed out just thinking about it. Molly's birthday party is on Saturday and I have to get my house cleaned, stuff bought and yard done. I also have to make sure the kids have all there school stuff. They start on Monday. I still need to find Parker pants somewhere. He only wears sweats or cotton track pants. No one is selling sweats right now that I can find. The Childrens place has some but they are pretty pricey. I'm going to check Kohls this week. Molly seems to have enough clothes. I still have to get her some more school supplies though.

This week is even tougher because Macey does not want me out of her sight. The minute I try and do something, when Bobby's not home, she starts crying. I can only set her down for about 10 or 15 minutes anymore. That makes getting housework and stuff done pretty hard. I'mm going to have to work on letting her cry a little more once Parker goes back to school.

On the plus side Bobby fixed the fence in the backyard. No more sheep visitors. We are trying to pick up all the sheep poop before her party, ew. Tomorrow he's going to borrow the neighbors power sprayer and spray off the house so it looks nice. I swear, next year I'm having Molly's party somewhere else.

I'm just going to have to take on thing at a time and try and enjoy these last days of summer. I'm trying to get Parker prepared to get back to school. That's hard. My poor little guy. He usually thinks of school as tourture. Here's hoping this year goes well for him. I wish I could take away every worry or fear and just keep him happy all the time. I guess God didn't give me that power. I just have to be there for him and be his advocate. Sigh, life is hard sometimes. At least I have a wonderful husband to help me with everything. He is definately my rock.

Molly, Macey and I have started going to a new church. It's here in Ferndale and the people there are really nice. It's nice to go to a small church where you can actually get to know the pastor. I am still going to go to the bigger church when I can, but this oneis in town and it's easier for me to go every week. Now if I can just get Parker interested in going.

I had a much better day today....

Today was much much better than yesterday. Today some really good things happened. I also got out for a little while by myself (and Macey)and had a nice time. Macey is such a social girl. She holds her hand out to people that talk to her. It is so sweet. Today I got a shopping cart seat cover for her and she thought it was really fun. Of course I have to keep my hands on her at all times because she is so little but it gives her a new view of the world. Plus it has a bunch of fun little toys on it for her to play with.

I'm hoping for tomorrow to go smoothly with Macey's dr. appt. I hate to see her in pain. I may have to take Parker with me and I'm worried that might be hard. It depends on what time Bobby has to meet with someone. Today I was in Safeway and I had to wipe Parker while holding Macey. I was trying to figure it out when Molly came to the bathroom door, thank goodness. Let's hope that doesn't happen tomorrow.

Molly is such a good helper for me. I give her money now and then or something special to show her how much I appriciate her. She loves Parker and Macey so much. She was playing with Macey on the floor today and they were both so happy. Also, later on in the day Parker was showing Macey something and being silly and she started laughing and smiling. Molly told Parker, "Macey really loves you". She is so sweet, well, they all are.

I'm looking forward to school coming but I'm going to miss them. They've been my little buddies this summer. Maceys not much of a talker, lol, at least she's a good listener. Haha!

Well, I just wanted to add a happier note to my blog. I'll say more about Parker when school starts. Not much new right now. The only thing I can think of is that he is having a little harder time with Macey again. Sitting in the back seat of the car with her is upsetting for him when she cries. I think I may have to move him to the front seat again. He doesn't do anything to her but he claps his hands or hits his legs and yells some. I know it must be hard for him, poor guy. Oh yeah, one more thing. His behaviorist was testing him on some things that he hasn't worked on it a while. He asked him his full name. He said, "Parker Wayne Reid" then he asked him his sisters names and he said, "Molly Wayne Reid and Macey Wayne Reid".I guess he thinks they share his middle name.

Taking the high road

I'm learning to take the high road. I get my feelings hurt easy.
Sometimes I don't get it. I don't go out of my way to be rude to people. In fact, I go out of my way to be nice to most people. I read that you need to take the high road and that God will bless you if you do. I need to remind myself of this. I need to not judge myself by what other people say or think. Ok, so I'm taking the high road. I'm counting my blessings and thanking God for all the nice people around me.

Thursday Macey has a check up. I hate them, poor girl. I love seeing how she is progressing but I hate the shots.

I got my Jeep back and I'm so happy. It's so nice to have some freedom. It runs really good. I'm so thankful for that.

Well, enough of my thoughts. I'm over what I was upset about. I hope everyone has a nice day.

I can't believe it's the middle of August already. School is almost here and so is Molly's birthday. Where has the summer gone, if you could call this summer around here. I think fall will end up being warmer than summer. I'm trying to think up what to do for Molly's birthday. It's going to have to be cheap and cheerful, lol. It seems weird that she'll only have one more year before she is a teenager. Wow. She is also going to be a junior high student this year, even more hard to believe.

I wonder how Parker will handle going back to school? It's always hard on him. He is going to a different school this year but he will have the same teacher. I hope he likes it.

Molly is starting a new school too. She will be fine, I know. She is an easy girl to make friends with.

I am looking forward to some alone time with Macey. I'm going to have to use this time to train her to sleep in her crib. It will be hard on both of us but I know it's for the best.

I'm going to church tomorrow with Molly and Macey. They love having us at this church in our town. We know some of the people there but have never been regulars till we moved here. It's good for both of us but I still want to try and get to my old church in the evening.

I'm starting back on Flylady again, to get my house in order. It's time for a new begining. Bobby and I are also going to weight watchers soon. This time I'm sticking with it.

I hope everyone had a nice weekend and a good start to the school year!
